Having difficult conversations

A space to rehearse difficult conversations, the ones you've been avoiding, with your partner, your boss, your children, your siblings, your parents.

Time to step up and have those difficult conversations

What we work on

  • Clarifying what you want to achieve from the conversation
  • Actively listening to the other person's response and ensuring that they've felt heard.
  • Hearing any criticism or negativity as useful feedback, therefore avoiding any unhelpful conflict
  • Avoiding the need to be right, which can lead to so many unhelpful conversations. It's always a negotiation.

We are always happy to 'rehearse' these conversations and to give constructive feedback.
